Decentralized Organization Chain unveiled
Delegate Korben, winner of the Lisk Builders program, unveiled his project Decentralized Organization Chain.

This sidechain PoC allows companies to launch their own venture by selling tokens through an Initial Token Offering (ITO) to investors and receive funding. Those tokens own voting rights and allow investors to take a board member position.
Both the server and client part have been written in Javascript: the server runs the actual blockchain using NodeJS and a PostgreSQL database, while the client part is built using NodeJS, React, Bootstrap and Lisk Elements.
This PoC has been designed to force token buy back and token burn using quarterly profits, decreasing the existing amount of circulating tokens.

Four custom transactions have been created for this project (RegisterInvestorTransaction, RegisterBoardMemberTransaction, AddPollTransaction, CastVoteTransaction) and allow users to register as an investor or board member, to add a new poll or cast a vote.
