Five days to Lisk Center Berlin online event
On November 20th, at 6pm CEST, LiskHQ is hosting Lisk Updates.
This event will introduce the new Lisk Center and lot of speakers are featured in the Agenda: “Keynote Opening Speech” by Max Kordek, “Introducing the Lisk Center Berlin” by Monica Tartau, “A first glimpse at Lisk Interoperability” by Alessandro Ricottone and other dev-oriented speeches.

Lisk Foundation’s Financial Update (October)
According to the report, the Foundation holds € 1.98 million ( – € 480k compared to previous report) and CHF 1.43 million ( – CHF 10k compared to previous report). In addition, it owns 2,400 BTC ( 275 BTC currently in liquidation), 62,000 GBYTE and 8.8 million LSK. This means that the total assets correspond to about $ 52 million.

Betanet v4 unveils the new consensus system
LiskHQ launched Betanet v4 and Betanet v3 is no more running. Many new features come with this version, as developers implemented 11 LIPs. The improvements are related to network economics (e.g. dynamic fees, minimum balance requirements for accounts) and network consensus (vote locking periods and locking thresholds, inclusion of standby delegates, Proof of Misbehavior” transaction to punish violations of the Lisk BFT consensus protocol).
During the AMA Shusetsu Toda, Lead Backend Developer at LiskHQ, confirmed that SDK v4 will be only live in Betanet and it will run for a shorter period compared to V3. Testnet and mainnet Lisk-Core release will be Lisk-Core v3 which uses Lisk-SDK v5.

SDK 5.1 starts its development journey
The development team created a new GitHub project board for SDK 5.1.0. Two epics have already been closed. LiskHQ is also exanding its dev team and it’s looking for a Backend Developer to join the company in Berlin.

Lisk’s dApp section is growing
Alin published a blog post to showcase his Poc called Lisk Voice. It allows secure real time communication using IPFS: it encrypts the messages with the public key of the sender and then with the public key of the recipient, and the file is uploaded to IPFS. Only the sender and the receiver can view their messages.
Future improvements include file upload, Andoird and iOS apps, decentralization of the project and staking programs.

Delegates’ overview
According to LiskMonitor, in the past week there was a huge outflow of votes from delegates: GDT lost 12 million LSK and individuals lost 37M votes.
At individual level, the most voted ones are: robinhood [+85k], 9up.io [+59k], jong [+149k].
More or less all delegates lost about 200-400k votes, so it is not meaningful to list the biggest individual losses.
